Hey everybody, welcome to IoT Coffee Talk. Guess what? We didn't push the recording button. And so we're really pissed off because we had a great one-hour conversation and we lost it all, which is really pissed. Yes. And today. What did we talk about? Why don't we why don't you do the recap? Really, really quick. How about a quick recap?
SPEAKER_00Okay, super great. So, first of all, someone had it in Polymarket that we were going to do an episode and we're going to fail to record. And that person just made millions of dollars on our account. Number two, we were I was talking about the uh HAI event that happened in London uh just this week. Uh so shout out to uh Pete Bernard and the whole team. Uh the uh HAI community really came out in uh full force, so it showing a lot of uh innovations from a hardware level, uh from an application perspective, uh really cool tricks uh within inference and and better optimization of models from an energy and consumption perspective, because AI ain't cheap if you haven't been able to uh keep up with this stuff. Um I also mentioned uh all of the partners that were there, like uh folks like Infineon, uh AWS, uh STI, uh microelectronics, uh, who else was there? Uh the folks from uh Tom White had his crew there from uh 5V uh doing uh got's work.
SPEAKER_01Uh they had a yeah, yeah, yeah. They had the uh job board, right?
SPEAKER_00Yes, they we were saying for friends that follow us and have their tech events, these folks had a job board that was highly targeted to a to an audience that was absolutely captivated by it. And uh and anyway, and we talked Rob talked about vending machines and serial ports and this book yes, analog communications and um low modem cables, yeah, and RS232. So, anyway, it's it will be the nicest lost episode, it's the second lost episode in six years.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and then we talked about SpaceX.
SPEAKER_00We have five nines reliability, folks.
SPEAKER_01I know I know that's impressive. We're beating out almost everyone. That's awesome. And remember, um, the reason why we're going to a dead planet is not because we're going to go to a dead planet. It's more than likely because we're going to be sending robots there, intelligent robots. And embodied AI. AI with embodied humanity. So when we blow up this planet, then the and uh the aliens wonder what the hell happened in the solar system. They'll go to Mars, a dead planet, which they thought like this alternate universe show. What was it? The uh Star City. Yeah, where they they think Venus is the planet to go, not Mars. They're gonna stumble upon Mars and realize, oh, okay, they had a bunch of crazy people on this other planet that got blown up and is a dead planet, and that's how humanity's record is going to be preserved for all eternity on Mars and thanks to uh SpaceX. Which went public today.
SPEAKER_00Yes, and on that, I'm gonna take you out. So um, as three of the majority shareholders on SpaceX, you may or may not see us next week because we don't need to do this stuff anymore. We got coined, we are liquid, we are going to space on this IPO, which is at 150 as the last trading. But seriously, folks, thank you for coming to this little snapshot of IoT Coffee Talk. Remember to not take any financial advice from us ever. Uh, Leonard is mouthing something. I couldn't figure out what is what he's saying, but this is how we're taking the episode out. This is the uh second last episode in uh in Sitch here. And uh, we wish you a happy weekend, uh happy Friday, and we're gonna see you next week on a fully recorded episode of IoT Coffee Talk.
SPEAKER_01This might be the most popular episode because it's only five hours, well be.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. There it is. Get those views, tell your friends, tell your neighbors, tell everybody, tell the bots to tell the bots to tell the bots to come and click and uh drag those numbers up. KPS, baby.
